Tim's passion to help clients led him to the mortgage industry 27 years ago. Evolving from a Realtor family, it seems like he's been in the business for as long as he could remember.

He prides himself on providing clients and agents with excellent communication during the lending process to ensure they're comfortable with every step. He works diligently to understand clients' needs and secure the best terms for them to meet their goals. Whether helping borrowers buy their dream home or helping them refinance, Tim loves the sight of happy clients improving their financial situation.

Throughout the real estate industry Tim is regarded as the person you call first for fast and accurate answers. He is an active leader with local Realtor boards and BNI of Colorado.

He was awarded Affiliate of the Year, and Most Outstanding Affiliate by Denver Metro Association of Realtors. He served as Chair of the Affiliate Council for 3 terms, and continues heavy involvement to stay on top of everything happening in real estate. Tim is married to Carol, 2 children Trent and Chanel . When Tim is not working he enjoys sports, traveling and family time.
